Kathryn is an Insomnia Specialist with her own sleep clinic after working for over two decades in NHS helping patients learn to sleep better. Kathryn uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia to help people identify and change their habits and thoughts which cause sleep issues. She has a Masters Degree in Counselling and worked as an NHS Psychological Practitioner. Kathryn provides an online CBTi course, The Sleep Well, Live Better Programme for Menopause.
